(EN) SOLID-LIQUID COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD AND APPLICATION THEREOF

Abstract:

(EN) A solid-liquid composite material, a preparation method and application thereof are provided. A liquid phase, a solid phase and a solvent are dispersed together to form a dispersion system; dispersion forms of the solid phase or liquid phase material in the solvent comprise a suspension solution, an emulsion solution, a micro-emulsion, a colloid or a solution; and the partial or total solvent is removed to obtain the solid-liquid composite material. The liquid phase of the solid-liquid composite material in micro-liquid droplets is combined on the inner and the outer surfaces of the solid phase or in nano micropores of the solid phase, wherein the proportion between mass of the liquid phase and the total mass of solid-liquid composite material is 1% to 80%; the porosity of the solid phase in the solid-liquid composite material is between 10% and 80%; and the ratio of the volume to the surface area is between 50 and 2,000 cm2/cm3. A substance with field photochromic effect is added to the liquid phase of the solid-liquid composite material which can be used for preparing a corresponding field photochromic device.
